Founded in London in 1986 by Bill Bottriell and Simon Arber, it grew from a small business into one of the largest STEM-focused recruiters, working through specialist brands like Computer Futures and Huxley. The name comes from "Solutions" plus the three recruitment specialisms the founders started with.
