Misto Holdings Corp
A South Korean brand house, formerly FILA Holdings, that rebranded as Misto Holdings in 2025 to reflect its role as a global portfolio company. It owns the worldwide FILA sportswear brand and is the majority owner of Acushnet, the U.S. maker of golf brands like Titleist and FootJoy, along with fashion labels such as Matin Kim. Founded as FILA Korea in 1991, it split from the Italian FILA in a 2005 buyout before buying the global FILA trademark in 2007. The name "Misto," Italian for "mixed," nods to its blend of many brands.
