Bespoke Capital Acquisition Corp
A special purpose acquisition company — a "blank check" firm formed in 2019 to raise money from investors and find an existing business to buy. In 2021 it merged with Vintage Wine Estates, a winemaker behind dozens of California brands including Girard, Laetitia, and Clos Pegase, and the combined firm traded on the Nasdaq under the ticker VWE. Its name comes from Bespoke Capital Partners, the private-equity firm that launched it.
