A biopharmaceutical company focused on the brain and nervous system, Biogen makes treatments for multiple sclerosis, spinal muscular atrophy, ALS, and Alzheimer's — with brands like TYSABRI, SPINRAZA, and the Alzheimer's drug LEQEMBI it co-markets with Eisai.
