Columbia ETF Trust II
A legal umbrella that houses a family of exchange-traded funds, including the Columbia India Consumer ETF and the Columbia EM Core ex-China ETF, managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments, the asset-management arm of Ameriprise Financial. The name comes from a 2015 merger of Columbia Management, founded in Portland, Oregon in 1962, and London-based Threadneedle Asset Management. The "II" marks it as the second of several Columbia trust vehicles.
