An Israeli telecommunications company that operates one of the country's largest mobile networks, selling services under the Orange brand. Founded in 1998, the company launched as a mobile operator in partnership with France Télécom's Orange — the "Partner" in its name reflects that partnership. It later expanded into fixed-line, broadband internet, and pay-TV services, and was the first Israeli carrier to offer 3G mobile service.
