A technology holding company based in Migdal HaEmek, Israel, that builds and owns semiconductor businesses, including Camtek, which makes automated inspection and metrology gear used to check chips during production, and ACCESS, which manufactures advanced semiconductor packaging substrates. It began in 1980 as a printed circuit board maker called PCB Technologies and was renamed Priortech in 2001. Its subsidiary ACCESS was the first to apply "VIA POST" technology to mass-produce coreless substrates.
