Ftac Hera Acquisition Corp.
A blank-check company, or SPAC, that raised money from public investors to buy or merge with a private business, focusing on financial services, real estate, insurance, e-commerce, and related technology. Founded in 2021 by the Cohen family's investment firm (then FinTech Masala, later Cohen Circle), it was part of a series of "FTAC" vehicles named after Greek mythology—Hera, Athena, Zeus, Olympus. It never completed a merger and dissolved in 2023, returning its investors' money.
