Plum Acquisition Corp. I
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — a "blank check" company with no operations of its own that raises money through an IPO to later merge with a private business and take it public — Plum Acquisition Corp. I was founded in 2021 by a team of operators including Ursula Burns, former CEO of Xerox. It was built as a "platform by operators for operators" to help high-growth tech companies go public, and in 2024 it merged with Veea Inc., a networking company that now trades on Nasdaq as VEEA.
