Bp Midstream Partners LP
A master limited partnership that owned and ran midstream energy infrastructure—pipelines and terminals moving crude oil, natural gas, and refined products across the U.S. Gulf Coast and Midwest. It was formed in 2017 by BP Pipelines, an arm of the energy giant BP, to hold a portfolio of pipeline assets feeding refineries like BP's Whiting plant in Indiana. In 2021, BP bought back the remaining public units and folded the partnership back into the parent company.
Common Units representing limited partner interests — Acquired by BP p.l.c. and delisted from NYSE in April 2022.
