Broadmark Realty Capital Inc.
A Seattle-based real estate finance company that, as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), lent money to builders and developers for short-term construction and development projects on residential and commercial properties. Founded around 2010 as an arm of the Seattle merchant bank Broadmark Capital (hence the name, via its Pyatt Broadmark lending brand), it went public in 2019 before being folded into fellow lender Ready Capital in 2023.
