A real estate investment trust that built and ran large wholesale data centers, leasing big chunks of space and power to tech giants like Microsoft and Facebook. Founded in 2007 by Lammot J. du Pont—of the famous du Pont family—and developer Hossein Fateh, its name simply stitches together the two co-founders' surnames. The company was folded into Digital Realty in 2017.
