Legacy Housing Corporation
A maker of manufactured homes and tiny houses, Legacy Housing builds customizable homes at plants in Texas and Georgia and sells them through hundreds of retailers and company-owned stores across the South. Founded in 2005 by industry veterans Curtis Hodgson and Kenny Shipley, the company also finances its own homes, from inventory loans to chattel mortgages. Its tiny houses have appeared on HGTV's Tiny House Hunters.
