A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — a "blank-check" firm that raises money through an initial public offering and later merges with a private business to take it public. Founded in 2025 and based in Coral Gables, Florida, it seeks targets in retail, technology, and real estate, led by CEO Shahal Khan, founder of the investment firm Burkhan World Investments. It is the second SPAC in a sponsor series whose first entity, BurTech Acquisition Corp., took AI-chip maker Blaize public in early 2025.
