Yellowstone Acquisition Co

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed in 2020 by Boston Omaha Corporation, whose sole job was to find a business to merge into. In early 2022 it combined with Sky Harbour LLC, which builds and leases exclusive private hangars and lounges for business jets at airports nationwide, and the renamed firm became Sky Harbour Group Corporation. The Western-flavored name echoes the American national park, though the company had no connection to it.
