A clinical-stage oncology company creating small-molecule medicines for rare and aggressive cancers, including an experimental drug for desmoid tumors that works on the body's Notch signaling pathway. It grew out of a 2023 merger between a private Israeli biotech (based in Rehovot) and a public firm formerly called Advaxis. Its name comes from "Ayala," the Hebrew word for doe or gazelle.
