Rbb Fund Trust
An investment platform that supplies the legal, administrative, and regulatory machinery—the "pipes and plumbing"—so money managers can launch and run their own mutual funds and ETFs without building that infrastructure themselves. Founded in 1988, RBB was the industry's first organized "series trust," a shared umbrella under which many advisers operate while staying independent of any bank sponsor. One quirk to share over coffee: the initials "RBB" don't stand for any particular phrase—they're just the name the platform has carried since its early days.
Actively managed ETF investing primarily in equities of non-US companies using a value investment approach, seeking firms trading below intrinsic value.
