Zovio Inc
An American education technology company that helped universities and employers deliver online learning, and owned the coding bootcamp Fullstack Academy and the online tutoring platform TutorMe. It began in 1999 as TeleUniversity, later became Bridgepoint Education, and in 2005 bought a small Iowa college that it renamed Ashford University. In 2019 it rebranded as Zovio to signal its shift from running for-profit colleges to selling education technology services.
