Crestwood Midstream Partners LP
A Houston-based midstream energy partnership that gathered, processed, stored, and moved natural gas, crude oil, and natural gas liquids from wells in U.S. shale basins like the Bakken and Delaware. It took its name in 2013 when the storage firm Inergy Midstream merged with Crestwood Holdings and rebranded — "Crestwood" being a compound of "crest" and "wood," evoking a forested hilltop. In late 2023 the partnership was absorbed into Energy Transfer.
Common units representing limited partner interests — Acquired by Energy Transfer LP on November 3, 2023. Delisted from NYSE.
