Complete Genomics Inc

A life sciences company that builds DNA sequencing instruments and lab tools. Its DNBSEQ sequencers fold DNA into tiny ball-shaped structures called nanoballs on a patterned chip to read the genome. Founded in 2006 in Silicon Valley by Clifford Reid, Radoje Drmanac, and John Curson, it was later acquired by the China-based genomics firm BGI. Its name promises the goal of offering complete whole-human-genome sequencing.
