Vesta Real Estate Corporation, S.a.b. De C.v.
A developer and operator of industrial real estate in Mexico, building and leasing warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial parks to multinational companies. Founded in 1998 by Lorenzo Berho and Stephen Williams, it takes its name from Vesta, the Roman goddess of the hearth and home, whose sacred fire once burned in a temple in ancient Rome. One of its projects is the Querétaro Aerospace Park, a hub for aircraft and parts makers.
