Atn International, Inc.
A telecommunications company that brings internet, phone, and mobile service to places big carriers often skip—from rural Alaska and the western US to Bermuda, Guyana, and the Cayman Islands. It was founded in 1987 as Atlantic Tele-Network, and shortened its name to ATN International in 2016 as it branched beyond communications. Fun fact: the same ATN family even owns renewable energy assets, so the company that strings fiber across islands also helps power them.
