Select Income REIT

A real estate investment trust that owned office and industrial properties across the United States, leasing them to a single tenant per building under net leases. Founded in 2011 and run by The RMR Group, it got its name from focusing on "select" income-producing properties. In 2018 it merged with Government Properties Income Trust and became Office Properties Income Trust — a name change that marked a shift from government-focused buildings to the broader office market.
