By using FilingSpy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What FilingSpy is

FilingSpy aggregates and presents information from public SEC filings — 13F-HR and N-PORT-P portfolio disclosures, 10-K and 10-Q reports, and related data — together with AI-generated summaries and derived statistics such as position changes. Registered users can track investors and receive email notifications when those investors publish new filings.

Not financial advice

Nothing on FilingSpy is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The data reflects regulatory filings that are inherently delayed (13F positions are disclosed up to 45 days after quarter end) and may contain errors introduced at the source, in transmission, or in processing. AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate and are no substitute for the underlying filings. Always verify against the official SEC documents and consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilingSpy and its operator are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its data.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address that you control.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure (sign-in links arrive by email).
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (see below) or as required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or circumvent its security or rate limits, scrape it at abusive volumes, or use it to send unsolicited communications. Automated access beyond normal browsing requires prior permission.

Paid plans

FilingSpy is currently free. Paid tiers with additional features may be introduced in the future; if they are, separate subscription terms (pricing, billing, cancellation) will be presented before you pay for anything.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
