Pinterest, Inc.
A visual discovery platform where users "pin" pictures of ideas—recipes, home decor, fashion, travel—onto themed digital boards, then shop or plan projects from what they find. Co-founded in 2010 by Ben Silbermann and colleagues after users of their earlier shopping app, Tote, preferred saving images over buying them, it gets its name from a blend of "pin" and "interest," suggested by Silbermann's wife during a Thanksgiving dinner brainstorming session.
Estimated from filings — the split-adjusted price range over the quarters each manager built the position. A range, not a fill price; 13F reports a quarter-end snapshot, not a trade date.
